[Please read my TOS before commissioning]
General Information:
-You are purchasing a digital file of the art created, not a printed copy, unless stated otherwise
-I will start the commission after payment
-I have the right as the artist to decline your commission if it makes me uncomfortable
-It may take me a while to finish your commission, please be patient. I'm still a student outside of art and an athlete. The time is needed to make sure your art is the best quality I can make.
If you are interested in a commission, please contact me over Instagram or discord
I WILL draw:
-Anthro/Furry characters
-Gore of all kinds
-Humanoids
-Fanart of characters
-Slight suggestive material
-Character centered pieces
-Guns or weapons in general
-Complicated patterns and outfits (only if they are appealing)
-Anthro-mechanical characters
-drug use and violence
[feel free to ask if what you want isn't on this list]
I WILL NOT draw:
-Heavy NSFW (ask pls)
-Intensely oversaturated characters [to the point where it hurts my eyes]
-Hateful or discriminatory content towards certain people/groups
-IRL people
-Stolen characters/OCS
-Mechs and robots (unless they have anthro faces/heads. again, ask)
-Feral poses
-Taurs of any kind (centaurs, foxtaurs, ect)
Payment Method:
-My prices are listed on my "Commission prices" page
-I will request payment from you, this is just to minimize accidental errors
-I accept payment through Paypal and Venmo only
-depending on the subject you'd like commissioned, prices may be swayed up or down based on complexity.
Working Process:
-After I finish the sketch, ill send it to you in order to get the green light to continue
-The sketching stage is the easiest place to make edits, please speak up if you feel something needs to be corrected or changed, it will be hard to change after it's lines!
-any major changes later down the line AFTER the sketching stage will cost a small amount depending on the severity
-You can ask how your commission is going whenever you would like, but please don't spam me with messages all the time. I get stressed very easily that way, and Ill lose my interest to work. focusing on other projects.
-After the commission is finished, I will send it to you via your email, discord or any other platform. [your choice]
COPYright LAWS:
AS the artist:
-As the artist, I have the right to upload the drawing publicly on my page
-I can also use the art created for any commercial purposes
as the commissioner:
-Re-post the art on any other sites with proper credit to any of my profiles [non-profit purposes]
-make whatever merchandise with the art for personal use only
-use for decoration of your accounts or whatever you would like
As the commissioner you are NOT allowed to:
-Remove my signature or watermark from the art
-use my art for commercial purposes without my consent
-trace, copy or modify my art and then re-upload it somewhere else
-claim the artwork was created by you
refunds:
DM me if you are interested in a refund as soon as possible
-If I cancel the commission myself, you will receive a full refund
-If you cancel the commission before I have started the sketch, you will receive a full refund
-If you cancel the commission after I have finished the sketch, you will receive a 75% refund
-If you cancel the commission after I have finished colouring, you will receive a 50% refund
I have the right to reuse the sketch of a canceled commission for a different project
